Notifications are enabled by default

To turn off notifications:
Click on Profile settings then scroll to Notifications uncheck any or all you want off and click save changes.

Email Notifications

To turn off Email notifications:
Click on Profile settings then scroll to Email notifications uncheck any or all you want off and click save changes.
